1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the reef33 online gaming platform, available at reef33.onl ("the Platform"). Failure to provide satisfactory verification may result in the suspension of withdrawal capabilities or the closure of your account. Providing false information during registration is a serious breach of these Terms.

reef33 does not knowingly permit access to players who are under 18 years old. If reef33 has reasonable grounds to believe a player is underage, the account will be suspended immediately pending age verification. Any winnings generated during a period where age eligibility cannot be confirmed may be withheld.

3. Account Rules

Each player is permitted to hold one account only on the reef33 Platform. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names or using different contact details — is a breach of these Terms and will result in all associated accounts being suspended.

You are responsible for keeping your account login credentials secure and confidential. reef33 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to maintain the security of your login details. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact reef33 support immediately.

Account security responsibilities include:

• Using a strong, unique password for your reef33 account that you do not use for any other service.
• Enabling two-factor authentication if it is available on your account.
• Not sharing your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances.
• Logging out of your account when using shared devices.

reef33 reserves the right to suspend or close any account where suspicious activity, Terms violations, or security concerns are identified. In cases of account closure due to Terms violations, balances may be withheld pending investigation.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All transactions on reef33 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Supported deposit and withdrawal methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit/credit cards and approved mobile wallets. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change.

Deposits: Minimum deposit amounts are stated on the reef33 Deposit page. Deposits made via JazzCash and Easypaisa typically credit to your reef33 account within two minutes of the transfer completing on your end. Bank transfers and Raast deposits generally process within a few hours. reef33 does not charge deposit fees on its end, although your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification completion. reef33 processes approved withdrawals within the timeframes stated on the Deposit page at the time of request. Withdrawals are processed back to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit unless an alternative has been approved by the reef33 support team.

The following conditions apply to all withdrawals:

• Your account must be fully verified before any withdrawal is processed.
• Any active bonus wagering requirements must be completed before bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn.
• Withdrawal requests may be reviewed for compliance with these Terms before being approved.
• reef33 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing large withdrawal amounts.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

reef33 offers a range of promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free spins and other time-limited promotions. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms stated on the individual promotion.

Wagering requirements: Bonus funds and any winnings generated from free spins cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been met. The wagering requirement multiplier and eligible games for each bonus are stated clearly on the Promotions page. Wagering on excluded games while a bonus is active may result in the bonus being voided.

Additional bonus rules include:

• Only one bonus may be active on your account at a time unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Bonuses are issued in PKR and apply to your reef33 account balance as bonus funds, which are tracked separately from real-money funds.
• Free spin winnings are credited as bonus funds and are subject to the stated wagering requirement before withdrawal.
• Bonuses have an expiry period from the date of issue. Any bonus funds and associated winnings not wagered within the stated period will be removed from your account automatically.
• reef33 reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any promotional offer at any time. Players who have already opted into a promotion at the time of modification will be subject to the terms in effect at the time they opted in.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to using multiple accounts to claim the same offer, coordinated wagering patterns or exploiting technical errors — will result in the voiding of the bonus and may result in account suspension.

Promotions are intended for personal recreational use only. reef33 may limit or decline a bonus offer to any player where there is reason to believe the promotion is being used in a way inconsistent with its intended purpose.

6. Gameplay and Betting Rules

reef33 provides slot games, live casino table games and sports betting markets. The following general rules apply across all game types.

Game outcomes: Slot games on reef33 use certified random number generators (RNG) to determine outcomes. Live casino games are conducted by real dealers in real time via video stream. Sports betting outcomes are determined by the results of the relevant sporting events and are governed by the specific sports betting rules stated within the betting section.

Technical errors: In the event of a technical fault or disconnection during a game round or bet, reef33 will use all available data to determine the correct outcome. • Bets accepted in error at incorrect odds may be voided at reef33's discretion.
• The use of automated betting software, bots or any form of artificial intelligence to place bets is strictly prohibited.
• Collusion between players in any game type — including live casino — is prohibited and will result in account suspension.
• Sports bets are settled according to the official result of the relevant event as confirmed by the relevant sporting body. reef33's settlement decision is final.

7. VIP Programme

reef33 operates a tiered VIP programme that rewards consistent, loyal players with enhanced benefits. Participation in the reef33 VIP programme is by invitation or through progression via regular platform activity, as described on the VIP page.

VIP benefits may include faster withdrawal processing, dedicated account management, higher deposit and withdrawal limits, exclusive promotional offers and other perks as determined by reef33. reef33 reserves the right to adjust a player's VIP tier, modify VIP benefits or remove a player from the VIP programme at any time, particularly where a player's activity falls below the threshold for their current tier or where a Terms violation has occurred.

Continued use of the reef33 Platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you should stop using the Platform and withdraw any remaining balance from your account before the changes take effect.
